We respond within one business day. The walkthrough itself is scheduled within seven to ten days, depending on the season's intake load.

What you get A written grease-load reading on every hood, a static-pressure map at the hood plane and the dining-room boundary, photographs of the access panels we could not open, a flag list of anything that looks off, and a written quote you can hand to your accountant. The walkthrough is forty-five minutes. There is no charge.

What we ask Pick a slow window in your day — typically 09:00–11:00 for lunch operators or 14:00–16:00 for dinner-only operators. We need access to the hood, the cookline, the makeup-air unit, and the rooftop fan. If your roof access is via a hatch from a neighboring tenant's space, please coordinate that ahead of time.
