Operators are welcome to come by the shop. The bay is open to scheduled walk-ins between 09:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. Call ahead.

How to get here
By car: from downtown, take Navigation Boulevard east. We are between Sampson and Bastrop. There is on-street parking on Navigation in front of the bay and a small lot behind the building accessed via the alley off Sampson. Do not park in the cabinet shop's bay (Bay 5) — they are particular about it, fairly.
By bus: the METRO 50 route runs along Navigation Boulevard with stops at Sampson and at Hutchins. We are two blocks from each. From the West End, the METRO 30 connects via downtown.
By bike: Navigation Boulevard has a protected bike lane in both directions following the East End District streetscape project. Bike rack at the front of the building, room for three.
By light rail: the closest stop is Theater District / Convention Center on the Green/Purple line, then transfer to METRO 50 east. About 18 minutes door to door.
What to expect
The bay is a working shop. There is a service van parked in the bay most mornings, a pressure-washer trailer most afternoons, and the office at the back is small. There is a coffee pot we are pleased about. There is a yellow legal pad on the dispatch desk that has the day's route on it. If we are out on a route, please call before coming.
If you are coming for a walkthrough quote review, we'll bring you to the office, sit at the small table, and walk through the quote together. It typically takes thirty minutes. We'll have your grease-load readings, your static-pressure map, and a printed copy of the quote.
